Jessica Jor is the founder and principal designer of Lightpath Projects, and every project is led by her hand — from the first site visit through to the final walkthrough.

Her process begins not with materials or drawings, but with the household itself: how it gathers, how it cooks, how it keeps its quiet moments. That understanding shapes every decision that follows.

The work sits at the intersection of technical rigour and material warmth — every surface resolved to the millimetre, every space planned for how it will actually be lived in. It is an approach recognised by the NKBA with Gold Designer status and two Excellence in Design Awards in 2025.
